Services

Autosysplatform provides advisory consultations such as application strategy sessions, interview preparation, profile positioning, and relocation application support. Descriptions on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your request in writing and agree scope, fee, and schedule.

No employment or immigration guarantees

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or visa decisions. We do not provide legal advice on immigration, labour law, or regulated professional recognition unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of materials you submit and for any statements you publish or send to employers. You must not ask us to invent credentials, falsify experience, or misrepresent qualifications.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and our original written notes remain the intellectual property of Autosysplatform. You may use session notes for your personal job applications. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials as a commercial product without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful messages through the contact form.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autosysplatform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from hiring outcomes after consultations. Our aggregate liability for a paid consultation is limited to the fees you paid for that consultation, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
