Data we collect

When you contact us or book a consultation we may process your name, email address, phone number if provided, message content, selected consultation type, CV and related documents you send, and correspondence needed to deliver the service. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical metadata.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and delivering consultations (contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Operating and securing the website (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Meeting legal record-keeping duties where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement. Consultation files are retained for the engagement and up to three years afterward for reference and dispute handling, unless you request earlier deletion where legally allowed. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods in Germany.

Processors and transfers

We may use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions within the EU/EEA. If a transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany.
