Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026. This policy applies to paid Autosysplatform consultations for employment consulting in Germany focused on application strategy for engineering roles.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Autosysplatform for scheduled sessions or scoped document work. Website browsing is free and not refundable.

Cancellation by you

• Cancel or reschedule a live session with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or free reschedule of the session fee.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a partial refund of 50% of the session fee, or a credit toward a later session if we agree in writing.
• No-shows without notice are not refundable.

Work already started

If document review or profile drafting has begun under a fixed-fee pass, refunds are reduced by the portion of work already delivered. Once final notes or revised drafts have been sent, that deliverable is non-refundable.

Relocation support packages

Multi-week relocation application support may require a deposit. The deposit is refundable if we cancel or if you cancel before any intake review begins. After intake review starts, the deposit covers work performed and is non-refundable; unused later check-ins may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Non-refundable items

• Completed live sessions
• Delivered written notes and approved profile rewrites
• Third-party costs you incur separately (travel, translation notarisation, etc.)

Cancellation by Autosysplatform

If we must cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled session or undelivered package portion.

Refund process and timing

Email info@autosysplatform.digital with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available per booking when requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be declined during peak periods or offered for a small administrative fee disclosed in advance.
