Autosysplatform started from a simple observation: strong engineers were losing shortlists because their applications spoke the wrong language for German employers.
What we do
We provide employment consulting focused on application strategy for engineering roles in Germany. That means CV and Anschreiben structure, interview rehearsal for technical panels, profile positioning, and sequenced support for candidates relocating into the country.
We do not run a job board, place candidates into vacancies for a fee, or claim to control hiring outcomes. We work on the documents and conversations you control.
How we work
Every engagement begins with your actual materials — CV drafts, vacancy links, certificates, and constraints such as language level or preferred Länder. Sessions are practical: we rewrite, rehearse, and leave you with notes you can reuse.
Our consultants combine experience reviewing engineering applications with familiarity with how Mittelstand firms, suppliers, and plant operators scan evidence. We stay in English when that serves clarity, and we introduce German application phrasing where it helps.
Where we are based
Autosysplatform operates from Sachsen-Anhalt and works with engineers across Germany and those applying from abroad. In-person meetings can be arranged; most sessions run by video so candidates in other regions can join without travel.
